My Story
Hi, I am Ranjana Potey, an Engineer by profession but Baker by Passion. Leaving engineering job I moved to my passion. I did certificate courses from Wilton USA. Experience from workshop & lot of practice made me fall in love with Baking.Upon coming back in India, I thought of spreading this Joy of Baking & so started “Joy of Baking Pune” in 2014. In last 7 years, Joy of Baking Pune turned out to spread Baking Joy to more than 500 students & 1000+ celebrations. And Joy of giving is still continued…..
The Baking Workshops
Cake baking is not complex but it is an art. The right mix of ingredients and procedure followed to perfection brings you the best output. Baking cakes have never been so easy and the interest it has generated recently is enormous.The real happiness lies in imparting knowledge and making the students bake their own cake.

The classes were amazing and I would say people living near Wakad, Kaspate vasti, vishal nagar, dange chowk to definitely attend ranjana mam class as she takes in detail and ensures that people are learning with correct pace. Simply superb.
